La Degustazione
The wine arrives chosen, not ordered
This is not a menu printed once and for all: the tasting is built on the day — on what has come into the kitchen, and on what, down in the cellar, can stand up to that plate. We draw on over one hundred labels, from Champagne to the fifteen Italian regions on our list, and put them to the test against the carpacci and our Wagyu and Black Angus selections. Two people, one journey, no decisions to make.

- Can it be used at lunch?
- Yes. The voucher is valid at lunch and dinner at Via Marche 9, every day — on Saturday and Sunday we open for dinner only.
- What does La Degustazione at €240 include?
- A tasting dinner for two with a paired wine for every course. The menu is built on the day, around what has come into the kitchen. The date is arranged with us.
- Can I gift a different amount?

Via Marche 9, steps from Via Veneto. You walk in, you choose between the carpacci and the cuts from the grill, and the evening does the rest. The voucher is valid at lunch and dinner — Saturday and Sunday, dinner only — and stays valid for 12 months.
